Refund policy

Changes and returns are only accepted through this system, for products purchased through the Saha-pets online store. You have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase you have made, without any reason being required, except:

When the item is not returned with the original packaging, box or wrappers, ticket or invoice and if applicable.

That the product is in poor condition, has been used or washed or is without labels.

When the withdrawal request is made after the deadline, that is, after 14 calendar days from delivery. Follow the next steps:

Request: Fill in this causes of withdrawal and send it to: info@sahapets.com within 14 days, counted from the time you received the package.

Answer: Saha pets will contact you within 2 business days, accepting or rejecting your request.

Hours: Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Saturdays from 10.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. Keep in mind that these shipping costs (from your address to Saha pets) are at your expense therefore, before buying any product, check its characteristics well and ask us any questions.

Payment: We will pay you the full amount of the purchase by the same system that you used to make the payment, within 14 calendar days, once we can verify that the package has been returned in good condition. In the event that the products do not arrive in perfect condition Saha -pets reserves the right to reject the return or pay a lower amount for your order.


Lack of conformity

Saha-pets is liable for the lack of conformity of its products in accordance with current legislation, for manufacturing defects provided that the lack of conformity already existed at the time of product delivery and according to the nature of the product. In the event of a lack of conformity, you must contact Saha pets within 2 months from when it became known, being essential to have the invoice or purchase ticket. 

Causes of exclusion 

The lack of conformity does not cover damage caused by fire, abrasion, water, contact with any type of liquid or solvent, or by misuse or improper maintenance of the product (especially the wear of leather or fabrics at rubbing points). ), or minor damage (such as scratches, scrapes) or the results of repairs carried out by persons not authorized by SAHA PETS. 

In the absence of conformity for any reason we reserve the right to request photos of the article. 

In any case, the rights of consumers recognized in current legislation are safe.

Request: You must send us the "notification of non-conformity", along with the invoice or purchase receipt and all your data to the email address: info@saha-pets.com 

Response and shipping: We will review the data and contact you. We reserve the right to request photos of the product and to reject the coverage of non-conformity if your request is made after the deadline, do not attach the required documentation or observe the concurrence of any cause of exclusion. 

If these verifications are made, we consider that there may be a lack of conformity, we will tell you how to send the article to us for review. 

Review: If after examining the product we find that, in fact, there is a lack of conformity, we will respond to your request and Saha pets will be able to choose between replacing or repairing the product or if it considers it convenient to return the amount paid or apply a reduction in the price. 

That, the product is out of warranty period or the lack of conformity is excluded for any of the reasons stated, we will inform you about the nature of the defect and the amount of its repair. To proceed with the repair, a budget will be sent for your prior approval.
