Alcala-Saus S.L. hereinafter Saha Pets, is a company dedicated to the manufacture and sale of products and accessories for pets.
Through this Internet portal, only consumers and users who meet the basic requirements indicated below can make purchases.
Please review these conditions every time you use our services, as we reserve the right to modify them.
Failure to accept these conditions and the basic requirements to buy will make it impossible for us to fulfill your order.
Basic requirements to buy

Final consumer: consumers and end users can only make purchases through the website, reselling is not authorized.

Prices and payment methods
The prices of our products are indicated in EUROS and carry 21% VAT included. Any other amounts that need to be added (such as shipping costs in some situations) will be detailed before you confirm the purchase.
Product prices may change from time to time, but these changes will not affect any order that has already been confirmed. If your local currency is different from the EURO, your bank will apply the exchange rate applicable on the day of the purchase date, which is beyond our control.
We will deliver the paper invoice together with the package.

Purchase procedure
1. Product Selection
Select the products that interest you and add them to the cart. If you have a Discount Code, indicate it in this section and click "Apply a coupon".
Then select "CONTINUE SHOPPING" to add more products or "PLACE ORDER".
2. Billing information
Enter your billing information and shipping address. If it is the same address, select "Send to this address" and "CONTINUE".
3. Shipping method
This section will show you the amount of transportation costs (if applicable) including taxes. To continue with the purchase click on “CONTINUE”.
4. Payment information
elect the payment method you prefer and click on “CONTINUE”. If you have selected to pay by Credit card, you will be transferred to a secure payment gateway (Virtual POS with SSL secure connection). Saha pets does not have access to your bank details.
If you have chosen to pay with Paypal, it must be validated with your username and password in Paypal.
We retain rights to any product until we have received full payment for it.
Finally click “CONTINUE”.
5. Review of the order
Once the payment has been ordered, an order confirmation message will appear on the screen. Within 24 hours we will send you an email with the confirmation and summary of your order, these purchase conditions and the privacy policy.
Deliveries and shipments
Through this portal SAHA PETS only makes shipments with freight paid to the following countries belonging to the continental European Union:
Spain (peninsula and Balearic Islands), Portugal (peninsula), Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, the Netherlands, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, England, the Czech Republic.
If you reside outside these countries or on any island, please contact us directly.
In any case, the delivery rates will be provided during the purchase procedure, before confirming it.
The delivery times are approximately as follows: The terms may vary slightly if any incident occurs. In any case, the maximum delivery period will not exceed 30 calendar days.
Whenever possible, we will try to ship all the products you have ordered at the same time. However, if we have to divide the order, we will notify you by email.
Do not accept delivery of the package if you notice that it is damaged or in poor condition.
Product availability problems: in the event of unavailability of a product, Saha pets will contact you as soon as possible by email or phone, offering the option to request a different item of the same type or alternatively, cancel the order. If you finally want to cancel the order, no charge will be made to your credit card. If the charge has already been made, you will be fully reimbursed.
Delivery problems: If we cannot deliver your order, the transport company will try to make a second delivery. We recommend that you contact the transport company or us to arrange a pick up time and place.
If the second delivery is not possible, the transport company will return the package to Saha pets. In this case, we will understand that you withdraw from the contract and we will refund the amount paid, discounted the transport costs of the return.
Liability exclusion
Saha pets is not responsible:
Delays in the delivery of goods by the transport company, due to unforeseen circumstances in the delivery area or due to force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, restrictions by public authorities, accidents, attacks of any kind, etc. .). Of the cancellation or non-acceptance of any order when the address data provided by the client is not correct, or when the payment is not verified or is rejected for any reason. Saha pets will not be held responsible in case of loss or theft of the products returned by the customer, nor in case of return to an address; wrong or delays in the delivery of returned goods not attributable to it, in such cases you assume all shipping risks. You are also responsible for proof that the products have been returned.

Saha pets has taken all possible measures to guarantee that the photographs shown on this website are faithful reproductions of the original products, in order to minimize any variations that may exist between the image and the physical product, however, The user acknowledges that color or perception variations may occur in the image due to the technical characteristics, configuration and resolution of his computer or screen. Consequently, Saha pets will not be responsible for the possible lack of conformity of the graphic representations of the products that appear on the internet portal and that are due to said technical issues.
Likewise, we reserve the right to cancel a customer's orders, when there have been repeated incidents.
Assignment of rights and obligations
The rights and obligations derived from these conditions are binding on both parties, if you do not have our prior consent, you cannot transfer them to other people. For our part, we can only assign them if this does not impair any of your rights and guarantees recognized in these conditions.
Applicable law and conflict resolution
The legal clauses of this portal are governed by Spanish law. Both parties, without renouncing their own jurisdiction or that which may legally correspond to them, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Alicante (Spain).
However, in advance, Saha pets and the user undertake in good faith to previously try to resolve any conflict in a friendly manner.
